How to turn a phone into a solar lamp
When it comes to getting a solar lightbulb on your smartphone, it’s a simple process.
Here are the steps to get started.

Open a web browser or desktop browser 2.
Connect your phone to a solar power source (e.g. solar inverter) or solar panel 3.
Turn on the battery 4.
Tap the “Solar Light” button on the device 5.
The phone will power up and light up.
Here’s how to turn your phone into an outdoor solar lamp: Step 1: Open a Web Browser To turn your smartphone into a portable solar lamp, you can either open a web-browser or desktop-browser.
Open the Microsoft Edge browser on your computer.
You can also use a web app on your phone.
For example, the Microsoft Office app or Office 365 ProPlus.
Step 2: Connect Your Phone To The Solar Power Source or Panel To get started, you’ll need to connect your phone and the power source or panel you’re connecting it to.
Open your phone’s web browser, navigate to your power source’s page and click “Connect.”
Your phone will then connect to the solar power station you’ve connected it to and begin charging.
For this tutorial, we’ll be using a solar inverters.
Step 3: Turn On The Battery At The Power Station Invert the battery on your device to the “OFF” position.
Invert it so that it’s facing away from the phone.
Then tap the “Start” button and the phone will begin charging until it’s fully charged.
Step 4: Tap the Solar Light button on your solar panel to light up the deviceStep 5: Keep Your Phone In The Sun to Keep Your Sun’s Light OnYour phone will automatically light up when you have solar power on it, even if it’s not in direct sunlight.
If you want to keep it out of direct sunlight, you need to keep the battery in the “Off” position by turning the “Solar Light” setting to “OFF.”
In this example, we’re using a Panasonic Panasonic Solar E-Series 8-inch OLED LED solar panel.
Step 6: Keep The Sun In The Sky to Keep The Moon’s Light Off Your phone’s solar panel will turn off when it’s no longer in direct sun.
This is important because if the sun gets too strong or you’re standing near a sunlit area, it could cause damage to your phone battery.
Step 7: Turn Off Your Phone’s Wi-Fi if You’re Near A Public Place If you’re using your phone in a public place, make sure you turn off your wifi before turning on the solar lamp.
To turn it on again, simply tap the solar light button.
Step 8: Turn Your Phone On AgainTo turn on your cellphone again, hold the “Back” button until your phone turns back on and tap the power button once again.
Your phone should be fully charged by this time.
If your phone is still in the solar mode, it can take several hours to fully charge.
Step 9: Turn Down The Sun When The Sun Goes DownIf your phone has been turned off for too long, you might see a “Sun goes down” message when it gets a little too hot.
Turn the solar brightness up to “On” to turn it back on.
Step 10: Turn Solar Off If The Sun Isn’t AvailableWhen the sun is out, your phone will turn on automatically, turning off the battery and charging your phone again.
If the sun isn’t visible at all, it may be difficult to tell if it went down or not.
Turn off your phone if you don’t see a sun icon on the top of the screen.
Step 11: Turn The Phone Off AgainIf you’ve had your phone turned off too long and are worried about it, simply turn it off.
If it still doesn’t go into “Sun” mode, you may want to turn on the brightness.
Step 12: Use The Sun To Bring Back Light If you are in the dark and unable to turn off the phone, you will see a bright sun icon in the top left corner of your screen.
Tap that to bring back some of the sun’s light.
